The small print

There is a 12 or 24 month minimum term for our plans. You will be charged your initial payment followed by 11 or 23 monthly repayments. If you do not cancel your plan at the end of your 12 months, your subscription will continue at the monthly rate until you do.

For failed payments, such as card expiry, you are given 14 days grace to update your payment information before access to services are restricted. If your subscription remains unpaid at the end of 30 days, we will invoice and recover the full outstanding balance of your minimum term. Additional costs maybe payable if your debt is referred to a third party or recovered by legal action. If you are unable to pay your monthly subscription for any reason, it is always best to contact us – we’ll do what we can to help. 

If you cancel at the end of your minimum term, Your domain can be transferred to another provider for you. Any printed products received are yours to keep. Our phone numbers are NOT portable and cannot be transferred out to another provider, after 30 days these numbers will return to general circulation, unless you swap to a number only plan. All data on your website, email account and cloud document storage will be erased 30 days after the date of your final payment. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working backup copy of any data you wish to keep after this time.

Any additional goods or services provided by us, remain property of Netherbound Ltd. until paid for in full.
